For Residents

Move-in gifts allow our residents to start with some household basics. Each gift consists of a new kitchen trash can filled with cleaning supplies, plus a mop, broom, and ceiling duster. Each gift package costs about $50.

Maintaining quality housing requires constant upkeep. Here are some special needs:

Install a fence in the side yard of 1703 Frintz St. Cost: $750

Repair and paint the hallways. Cost: $2,500

Repair the hillside landscaping at 128 E. Clifton. Cost: $7,500
