How We Use Information
The credit card information you provide on the online donate page will be used only to complete the donation transaction. Your name, address, and phone number will be added to our mailing list so that we can send you updates like newsletters and annual reports and invite you to our special events. We may use e-mail to return e-mail that we receive. If you do not wish to receive any correspondence from us you can opt out by writing “Do Not Contact” in the Additional Comments section of the donate page or by contacting us at 513-381-1171.
If you wish to schedule a recurring donation, e.g. once weekly or once monthly, PledgeConnect will store your personal information securely so that you can easily complete your transaction on schedule. PledgeConnect will not store any information other than that of scheduled recurring donors and never uses or distributes any information provided by you. They collect information only to ensure data integrity, and will not sell your information to any third parties.
Over-the-Rhine Community Housing does not use or share any of the personal information you provide in ways unrelated to those described above.

PledgeConnect is secured by GeoTrust, which enables your transaction to be processed immediately through a secure connection.
How to Access or Correct Personal Information
If you are a scheduled recurring donor and need to change your personal information, you may contact us at 513-381-1171, and we will make the necessary contact with PledgeConnect to alter your stored information. If you are not a scheduled recurring donor, you will enter your personal information new each time you donate online. To be added or removed from our mailing list please contact us at 513-381-1171.
