How to become a resident

Becoming a resident is as simple as 1 ,2, 3 ....

  1. Complete an application and turn it in to OTR Community Housing with all other necessary information.

  2. Your application is processed and accepted.

  3. Visit the apartment and sign a lease.

Application

Download the Application. Call the office if you have any questions. Fill out the application and bring it to our office.

Necessary items to bring in with the Application

  1. A valid State ID, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card (for all individuals that might be on the lease)

  2. An original police report current within 30 days

  3. Proof of All Income. Income includes but is not limited to the following: Alimony, child support, unemployment benefits, disability compensation, severance pay, regular contributions of gifts, special pay and allowances of a member of the armed forces regular employment, or tips.
